OSH Harmonisation
A number of the States – including WA, Victoria and NSW – have now written to the Federal Minister for Workplace Relations regarding their intentions to delay the implementation of harmonisation of work health and safety laws. However, the harmonisation will certainly arrive, and when it does organisations will need to be prepared.
