Brassbear Solutions provides customised client training programs in risk management, crisis and business continuity management and occupational health and safety.  All programs are developed from identified client need, but utilising existing packages and intellectual property so that clients do not have to ‘reinvent the wheel’.  Instead, clients can benefit from Brassbear Solutions’ existing skills, knowledge and attitude.  This includes experienced trainers with the ‘Certificate IV in Training and Assessment’ who focus on their own specialities to deliver unique workforce learning, training, presenting, lecturing and assessment opportunities.

Brassbear Solutions seeks to deliver training courses that add value to the individual and the client organisation.  These can be delivered at client premises, or individuals can choose to attend regular courses and mix with personnel from other organisations and industry sectors.  Individuals can also access one-on-one coaching and mentoring to move from being practitioners to rounded managers, able to implement creative and innovative solutions.
