Brassbear Solutions is a Perth-based consultancy working across the public and private sectors, particularly in Australia and Asia-Pacific.
Brassbear Solutions understands that better practice organisations are those where senior leaders facilitate and encourage risk-based thinking, supported by individual ownership of risk within the business. Our objective is to work hand in hand with our clients and strategic partners to reduce the frequency and severity of downside risk, whilst realising the opportunities that come with effective risk management, crisis and business continuity management, occupational health and safety management and proactive learning & development.
Brassbear Solutions supports clients in setting up the necessary organisational structures, systems and strategies to manage their exposures whilst meeting their moral, legal and financial obligations. Services cover both the insurable and non-insurable, and include the provision of expert advice, technical guidance, organisational and individual bespoke programmes across the enterprise and the construction of ‘business cases for change’. For example:
- Risk Management – includes the provision of problem identification and solution services, individual and organisational risk-based improvement programmes and the provision of bespoke risk advisory services
- Crisis & Business Continuity Management – includes the provision of ‘Business Impact Assessments’, recovery planning, crisis and business continuity exercises and the provision of policy advice and audit
